Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads all sales are final once the file has been delivered. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.

If you experience a technical issue

— such as a corrupted file, download error, or missing file — please contact us at carltonkarenellen@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right with a replacement file or store credit.

EU customers:

In accordance with EU consumer rights, you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period upon downloading the file.
